- Here are all the gold medal winners from the 2008 Beijing Olympics:

* At super heavyweight, Italian Roberto Cammarelle won gold with a fourth-round TKO over China's Zhilei Zhang

* In the light heavyweight division, China's Xiaoping Zhang defeated Ireland's Kenny Egan with an 11-7 decision.

* Welterweight gold was claimed by Kazakh Bakhyt Sarsenbayev, who defeated Cuban Carlos Banteaux Suarz 18-9.

* At lightweight, Russian Alexey Tischenko dealt France's Daouda Sow an 11-9 defeat.

* At bantamweight, Mongolian Badar-Uugan Enkhbat won the gold medal, trouncing Cuban Yankiel Leon Alarcon 16-5.

* Light flyweight gold was captured by Shiming Zou, who bested Mongolian Serdamba Purevdorj via second-round TKO at the :19 mark.

* Russia won the heavyweight gold medal as Rakhim Chakhkiev defeated Italy's Clemente Russo 4-2.

* At middleweight, James Degale, of Great Britain, outscored Emilio Correra Bayeaux, of Cuba, 16-14.

* Ukraine captured featherweight gold as Vasyl Lomachenko beat France's Khedafi Djelkhir via second-round technical knockout at the 1:51 mark.

* At flyweight, Thai boxer Samjit Jongjohor scored an 8-2 victory over Cuban Andris Laffita Hernandez.

- Friday night from the Wyong Leagues Club in Wyong, NSW, Australia, William Kickett (12-0, 5 KOs) toppled Argentinean WBO #11 Vicente Martin Rodriguez to capture the IBF Pan-Pacific Youth and WBO Asia-Pacific 130-pound titles. Scores were 99-91, 99-91 and 100-90. On the undercard, Steven Willis (8-0-2, 3 KOs) claimed the vacant Australian lightweight title, beating Junmar Dulog (5-14-1) on scores of 98-92, 95-95 and 98-93.

- In action from the Mdantsane Indoor Centre near East London, South Africa, Ludumo Galada (15-0, 7 KOs) captured the vacant WBF featherweight championship, dealing David Kiilu (28-9-2, 15 KOs) a second-round KO. Time was 2:28. On the undercard, Thembelani Maphuma (13-4-2, 4 KOs) claimed the vacant South African junior bantamweight title over Nkosana Sobethu (17-10-3, 9 KOs) by decision.

- Philly-native Mike Jones (14-0, 12 KOs) puts his undefeated streak on the line when he challenges for the welterweight title this Friday from the New Alhambra in Philadelphia. He challenges Brazilian Juliano Ramos (15-1, 12 KOs) for the NABA welterweight crown in a 10-round bout.

- Kassim "The Dream" Ouma (25-5-1, 15 KOs) will headline an Irish boxing card promoted by Tom Morgan, scheduled to take place on Saturday, Oct. 4. An opponent has yet-to-be-named. The event takes place at the Northeast Philadelphia National Guard Armory. Also competing on the card are junior middleweight James Moore (16-1, 10 KOs) and middleweight Simon O'Donnell (6-1, 3 KOs).

- #2 WBA heavyweight John Ruiz (43-7-1, 29 KOs) arrived on Germany on Saturday for his Aug. 30 clash with #1 WBA former titleholder Nikolai Valuev (48-1, 34 KOs).

- Vitali Klitschko makes his return on Oct. 11 in Berlin, Germany when he collides with WBC champion Sam Peter.

- On an Oct. 10 card from the Everton Park Sports Centre in Liverpool, England, unbeaten Wales-native Nathan Cleberly (12-0, 3 KOs) meets Dean Francis (30-3, 24 KOs) for British and Commonwealth light heavyweight gold.

- According to the Press-Telegram, super bantamweight kingpin Israel Vazquez said he hopes to become a ringside commentator. He has been serving as an Olympic boxing analyst on Telemundo.
