Shaun George will face Chris Henry on July 10 at The Arena in Philadelphia, PA in a ten round light-heavyweight bout that will be aired on ESPN2's Friday Night Fights. Brooklyn's George, 18-2-2 (9 KO), opened eyes with a punishing ninth round TKO of former heavyweight champion Chris Byrd last May. As an amateur George had a record of 51-7, which was highlighted by two New York Golden Gloves titles and on National Golden Gloves championship.

Henry of Houston, TX is 23-2 (18 KO) and has held the NABF and NABA light-heavyweight titles. His only two losses have come in highly-competitive bouts with Yusaf Mack and Adrian Diaconu by decision. Henry has never been knocked down as a professional.

The fight will be the co-featured bout alongside Matt Godfrey vs. Shawn Hawk. The show will be promoted by Blaine Garner's Shalyte Entertainment in association with Dibella Entertainment and CES Boxing.
